Our client one of the leaders in the telecommunication industry is looking to
engage the services of a Training Delivery Manager (AA)

Key Performance Areas:
• Input into the long-term training plan (1-2 years) for the Customer Experience Integration and Enablement function
• Research and consider best practice, local conditions, trends, as well as competitor activity
• Contribute towards continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level
• Input into identifying ways to fine tune systems in line with changing work practices
• Put contingency plans in place to ensure business objectives are achieved

Training Needs Identification
- Programme Design
- Training Delivery
- Training Effectiveness and Quality
- Partner and Supplier Relationship Management
- Customer Satisfaction Budget Control Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity
Skills Required
Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the telecoms industry
• At least 2-3 years experience in training
• Experience in training needs identification
• Experience in the accreditation of ETDP unit standards
