Description
We have an opportunity for an individual who has worked in Payroll or Human Resources, doesn’t mind some travel, would love to be trained as an expert in new software programs and is intrigued by being able to improve things for other Payroll or Human Resource Professionals.

Skills Required
• A minimum of 4 years of functional experience, implementing back office HR or Payroll Systems.
• Must have strong experience in Navision
• Managing at a senior level all facets of a project ensuring schedule, budget and quality goals are met.
• NAV implementation experience would be beneficial
• Strong Payroll or HR background either through experience or professional designation is a definite requirement.
• A critical thinker in complex and ever-changing situations, superior communication skills, the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge are key attributes.
• Interface with the company’s clients in a professional setting with poise and confidence.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and “lessons learned” assessments.
