The Entelect Group provides full service software delivery solutions across all business sectors. We have built our reputation on the quality of our people and software solutions. Currently we have a requirement for a Resourcing Manager to source new clients and manage our software resourcing office.

DUTIES FROM A RESOURCING PERSPECTIVE
• Sourcing and managing new clients
• Account management
• Contract management and negotiation

CAREER PATH
• This position can lead into the role of Sales Director.
Skills Required
• Business acumen
• Sales experience, especially in the cold calling arena
• Excellent knowledge of the software industry and well networked
• Strong negotiation skills
• Be a vibrant go-getter
• Flexible
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate with people on all levels (directors through to software engineers)
Additional
EDUCATION: Relevant degree or diploma
SALARY: Basic plus commission earnings (negotiable depending on level and network)
