Our client supports clients that use both Windows and Mac platforms and pride themselves on their fast response times. They are looking for somebody who is interested in becoming an expert in Mac OS, Mac iOS and Xserve technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Configuration and support of Windows and Exchange Servers
• Configuration and support of Active Directory
• Configuration and support of Apple Macs (Mac knowledge in terms of set up of emails
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Core Microsoft Infrastructures
• Troubleshooting and problem solving of user calls
• User Support
• MailMarshal and WebMarshal support and installation
• VPN, DNS Configuration
Skills Required
• Minimum of 2 years as a Network Administrator
• 2+ years Windows and Exchange Server experience (Highly advanced knowledge is required as a minimum)
• Active Directory experience
• Linux experience
• VPN, DNS Configuration (extensive knowledge)
• Apple Mac experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Own transport
