Our client one of the leaders in the telecommunication industry is looking to engage the services of a National Manager: Key Accounts Retail :

Key Responsibilities:

Design, challenge and implement long-term sales and service strategy for the National Key
Accounts function, ensuring alignment of all activities undertaken in the unit to the strategy,
objectives and requirements of the Client and and Marketing, and in alignment with the Sales and Service Strategy for the channel.

Provide input into the business plan to ensure delivery to National Key customers and markets,
ensuring competitiveness on all elements and coordinated efforts between the Client and trade partners.

Provide input into reviewing organisational activities and assist in recommending corrective actions if necessary.

Contribute towards long-term forecasts and predictions (2-5 years), analysing trends and highlight areas of the business that may be developed further
Skills Required
Requirements

• Relevant degree with accounting background
• At least 5 years of key account experience and exposure to national and international trends and strategy
• At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in similar positions, in fast-moving industries
• Business planning experience
• Administration and Operational management experience, preferably in a cellular environment
• A strong background in marketing and/or customer service would be advantageous
