Our Client, a risk information company in Stellenbosch is urgently looking for a intermediate - senior Java Developer to work within a team of developers, developing and maintaining various IT systems.

DUTIES:
Development and maintenance of a web based Java application using the following technologies: HTML, Javascript, JSP, Servlets, Eclipse, Struts, JSF, EJB, Java Custom Tags

KPC:
-Database development - Development against relational databases using JDBC.
(Oracle)
- MUST have solid SQL (Structured Query Language) knowledge, preferably on Oracle.
Must have experience in XML, XSLT, JSP, Servlets, Custom Tags, HTML. Knowledge of
Flex, Spring, Struts and EJBs will be advantageous.
- Must have experience in building web based applications using technologies above
Skills Required
• Database development
• MUST have 3-4 years Java Dev Experience

EDUCATION: Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution
Additional
General accounting knowledge a definite benefit.
