Description
Our Client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to employ a Designer: Learning Media within the CEIE: SSO division. The successful incumbent will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness all performance interventions through providing design services and design direction for instruction media elements according to the identified needs, standards, budgets and project deadlines to ensure that appropriately reliable and valid blended instructional strategies are effectively implemented
Skills Required
2-3 years of professional experience designing blended learning materials
Experience with design and media development tools such as; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Javascript and/or HTML etc
Knowledge of Captivate strongly desired
2 years stand-up training experience
Experience with using Learning Management Systems and SCORM
Experienced use of Project management tools
Additional
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma (M+3) in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject e.g. Adult Learning, HR, Communications, Graphic Design or Teaching
