•Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and
logical design specifications.
• Handle multiple issues and the dynamics of reprioritization due to evolving production critical issues.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts.
Skills Required
• 2-5 years business analysis experience in a large-scale financial and/or insurance system development environment.
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) concepts.
• The ability to modify working hours to accommodate Clients in different time zones (early starts or late evenings).
• Exposure to SQL is a definite plus.
Additional
Previous exposure to COMPASS is a must
